Hmm! A Spock/tentacle obsession sounds like something I need to cultivate.
Poor tentacle-dude. His neck's a little weak and his head keeps falling off. The ears I can definitely make pointy, though, and I'll see about giving him some sort of hair.
Andorian hair is another worry. All the Andorians I've seen have floppy or feathery white stuff, but I'm leaning towards leaving this one bald. He has brown-maybe-Romulan to keep his head warm?
