On to the dress--
I think of these three options the red works best. If you wanted to try something different in red, you could push it toward red-violet, maybe? I also really love Zoe in any kind of purples--deep blue violet or violet looks beautiful on her. Greens in the jade family are classically art deco colors, but I don't think those would work as well with Spock's coloring.
I hate to make vague suggestions so I dug up this little tool and made some color palettes! Um, because I get a little too excited about color, ahem. These are mostly to illustrate what colors I mean and ALSO because LOOK AT THIS NEAT TOOL, IT IS SO FUN!
