I'm stuck (and color-check-needy this week)

Trying to make art-deco style Spock & Uhura for a Ship Wars requesting-person.

I cannot figure out what color for U's dress. Would it be weird to just ask the random requesting-person, whom I don't actually know, for an opinion on a WIP?

Meanwhile I'll ask you people. Thing looks like this:

ROOOOFLLL, um, probably because I've been staring at that painting (and fifteen others by Tamara de Lempicka) for like five days straight now. Because I don't otherwise know anything about art history, but sesh_khem gave me this



when I asked for a style reference and then I couldn't stop looking.

with some fur...but I don't have anything made out of fur that I could use for reference. I'll go try ivory or green.
